This 1970 Ford F-100 was purchased by the selling dealer’s client as a project in 2014 and subsequently underwent a custom build. Dubbed “Red Rhino” and built as part of the TV series Speed is the New Black, the truck has a refinished body mounted on a Roadster Shop “Spec” chassis. Power comes from a ~730-horsepower Kaase Racing Engines “Boss Nine” V8 with a Borla eight-stack fuel-injection system and Holley engine management, and it is linked to a Tremec TKO 600 five-speed manual. The truck rides on B-Forged wheels by Billet Specialties and has Wilwood brakes, while inside the a roll bar, Ford GT-style gauges, a custom sound system, and leather upholstery was installed.
