This 1962 Triumph TR4 was delivered to its first owner in Coventry, England, as part of the carmaker’s Personal Export Delivery program. A Michigan resident purchased the vehicle in 1967 and decades later initiated a body-off refurbishment by Macy’s Garage of Tipp City, Ohio, in October 2019. That owner soon abandoned the project, and the current owner acquired the car as a project in June 2020 and had Macy’s Garage continue the refurbishment, which was completed in June 2023 and cost a total of approximately $140k. Powered by a 2,138cc inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, the Triumph is finished in British Racing Green over red leather upholstery.
