Finished in sinister black over black with a Houndstooth interior, this 1972 Chevrolet C10 has undergone a complete frame-off restoration. This Action line C10 is the last of its generation and sports a far better restoration than most do. The attention to detail is obvious in this truck with its laser-straight bodywork, deep black paint job, and detailed undercarriage. Don’t let the pristine cosmetics distract from the power under the hood.

This ‘72 is equipped with a built 427 CI big block, hooked to a 700R4 overdrive transmission. It uses an Edelbrock carb, Edelbrock intake, electronic ignition. The fuel system uses a new tank, and all new lines and hoses. The truck is cooled by an oversized radiator with an engine driven fan.  Power runs out through a 12 bolt, positraction rear end.

If you are looking for a C10 with dialed in cosmetics, this truck is right up your alley. The body was stripped down to bare metal, and the bodywork is very straight. The frame was media blasted and then powder coated. The truck has new bushings and hardware throughout, and all the rubber seals are new as well. All of the stainless is new, and all of the glass was replaced during the restoration process. The bed has new wood and new stainless steel strips, and all of the plastic lenses on the truck have been replaced. The truck has just over 600 miles since the restoration work so the undercarriage still has very little wear and tear.

After the frame was powdercoated, the suspension and brakes were all rebuilt. The truck rides on dropped spindles and springs with Billet Specialties Bonneville wheels, and Nitto tires. All of the brake lines and hoses are new, as is the master cylinder and power booster. The steering box was rebuilt and the truck has all new ball joints, tie rods, and bushings. You’ll find new shocks on all 4 corners and new suspension bushings as well. The C10 has a tight feel and still retains a nice and smooth ride. The brakes are excellent and have been upgraded with 4-wheel disc all the way around.

Pop open the driver’s side door and the interior is fully restored just like the rest of the truck. All of the AC components have been restored, and under the dash, you will also find a new/updated Painless wire harness. The truck has the deluxe door panels, and a refoamed and recovered bench seat. The truck has the complete factory gauge package, and also a tilt column. Prior to the installation of the interior soft parts, Dynamat was laid under the carpeting.

If you are looking for a fully restored C10, this ‘72 has a lot to offer.
