Built on June 21st, 1971, and finished in Light Gunmetal Grey Metallic, this Dodge Charger RT has received a nut and bolt restoration back to new condition. This car was built slowly and methodically and the results show.

The car is a bare-metal refinish and has excellent door, hood, and trunk gaps. The paint is a two-stage, base/clear finish that has been wet sanded and buffed to a show-quality finish. The undercarriage and engine compartment have the same gleaming finish as the exterior of the Dodge. You will find that all of the chrome has been restored and the stainless trim has also been restored and polished. All of the rubber trim pieces are new as well.

The interior features new soft parts from Legendary including front and rear seat covers, door panels, dash, and the package tray. The headliner has been replaced as have the visors. Underneath the carpeting, you will find all new paint to match the exterior of the vehicle, with new carpet padding and new carpeting. Under the dash, everything has been restored as well including the heat/ac components, all of the wiring, lines, and hoses. Check out the pictures as it’s minty clean. The gauges were sent out for restoration and all of the faux wood has been replaced.

The rebuilt and matching numbers 440 CI 375 HP engine sits in an engine compartment complete with correct lines, hose clamps, and correct finishes.  The transmission is the matching numbers, heavy-duty 727 Torque Flight and the rear end is an 8 ¾ with 3.31 gears.

All of the suspension and brake components were rebuilt and finely detailed during the restoration process. You will find power front disc brakes, a new master cylinder, booster, and all new lines and hoses. You’ll find the same level of detail on the underside of the Charger as you will on the top. It’s very, very clean.
