This 1970 K5 Blazer is a California truck that has had a complete rotisserie restoration. It’s powered by a ripping 383 stroker crate engine backed by a 350 Turbo and is an absolute blast to drive around town. The Chevy has just under 700 miles on the restoration and is as clean as a whistle.
The truck was taken down to bare metal and has all new paint and bodywork. All the suspension components and the frame have been media blasted and are refinished in gloss powder coat. The undercarriage of the truck is immaculate and was reassembled with all new hardware, lines, and hoses. The truck has a 4” lift and rides on new springs and shocks.
The engine is a BluePrint 383 stroker that makes 430 HP and 450 ft/lbs. It has 10:1 compression and runs great on pump gas. The engine has a Holley carb, aluminum intake, aluminum heads, and a hydraulic roller cam. It’s cooled by an aluminum radiator and holds a steady 180 to 190 degree coolant temp. The differentials have been rebuilt with 4.10 gearing, as has the Turbo 350.
The interior features sound deadening, a new gauge cluster, an American Auto Wire harness and fuse box, all new soft parts, new paint, an updated stereo system, and roll bar.
