This 1978 Bronco is a two owner vehicle that has just received a complete frame off rotisserie restoration. The restorer was a lifelong body man who inherited the truck from a favorite uncle. Fueled by the desire to return the truck to it’s original glory, the restorer embarked on a very comprehensive restoration of a Bronco that only had 75,000 original miles to begin with.

After removing the body from the frame of the Ford, it was stripped down to bare metal and blocked and sanded out to perfection. The truck is now laser straight and the two stage paint has been wet sanded flat to remove all of the orange peel texture. The result is a very smooth, very shiny paint job that is a higher quality finish than these trucks ever had when they were new. The frame was sandblasted down to bare metal, painted black, and has been fitted up with new suspension components from front to rear. The truck rides at just stock height and the new suspension uses all poly bushings. Have a look underneath the truck and everything is brand new. You could eat off of the undercarriage, or you could drive and enjoy the truck. We suggest the latter.

The engine sits in sit an immaculately restored engine compartment. The engine, transmission, and rear end are all original to the Bronco and work flawlessly. The Bronco is easy to drive with the power brakes, and power steering. The AC is nice and cold the system has been completely gone through from front to rear. Balancing its show quality appearance, the Ford drives just as well. Whether you would want to drive it daily, or occasionally, it always as easy as hopping in, and turning the key.

The interior is as clean as a whistle due to all new soft parts including the seats, door panels, carpets, floor. All the rubber seals on the truck are brand new and the headliner is mint. If it’s nice outside, the top can be easily removed after all of the hardware is removed that holds it in place. With the top removed, your kids and friends with love to ride in that back seat as you cruise around town.

’78 and ’79 Broncos have usually seen better days, so to see one this nice is a real treat. Move on it quickly before someone else does. You’ll have a hard time finding any comparables.
