This 1969 Pro Touring Camaro is the result of a complete rotisserie restoration finished in 2006. The car is a pro-built vehicle that has just 2900 since the restoration was complete. The vehicle has been tastefully upgraded with all the latest and greatest parts and is quite fast while keeping reliability in check.

Power comes from an LS2 engine with a Roots style MagnaCharger supercharger. This tried and true motor is a 6.0 liter donor from a GTO and with the MagnaCharger 122 upgrade, puts over 500hp to the tires on a dyno pull. The motor uses the factory GM serpentine system and has been upgraded with brand new Vintage Air AC system. Keeping the motor cool is a 4 core aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. Mated to the engine, is a Tremec T56 transmission. These tightly geared, heavy duty, 6-speed transmissions allow the driver to get the most out of the engine while retaining drivability around town. The Ford 9" rear end has 3.70 limited slip gearing which really launches the car from a dead stop.

The suspension and brakes have been upgraded to provide improved handling while keeping the ride nice and composed around town. Wilwood brakes now appear on all four corners, combined with a Wilwood master cylinder and vacuum booster. The brakes come on hard, bringing the car to a nice and controlled stop. The car has been lowered 3 inches all the way around using Heidts lowering springs and spindles up front, and Hotchkis springs in the rear. Also up front is a set of Heidts tubular control arms. Aiding in a modern ride and excellent handling is a set of Coys wheels clad with modern tires. The wheels are 18" by 8" in the front and 20" by 8.5" in the rear and have the chrome finish option.

The interior is classically designed with the exception of upgraded electronic gear and and a custom center console. Gone are the original gauges and in their place is a set of modern electric Autometer gauges, which provide reliable readouts to the driver. A modern stereo has been added which comes with a 10" sub, 5 channel amplifier, and Image Dynamics speakers. The outdated climate controls are now gone and in their place is a new Streamline controller from Vintage Air.

The exterior of the car features a base/clear re-finish with black cherry ghost stripes. All of the rubber on the car is new and other tasty upgrades include billet hood hinges, DSE RS headlights and a Marques design carbon fiber chin spoiler.

For the Muscle car enthusiast looking for a modernized classic, this car gets after it and leaves you wanting more.
