  • Interior: Black

This 1965 Superformance Cobra MKIII is finished in black on black is powered by a snappy 351 attached to a Tremec 5 speed. Superformance builds one of the best Cobra replicas on the market and the Mark III Cobra is actually a licensed Shelby product.

These cars come as painted rollers and this particular car was built from a rolling chassis purchased from Reed Motorsport, a Superformance dealer in 2004. The car has just over 2000 miles since it was built, and is showing just under 400 miles due to a speedo change at 1,792 miles in 2017.

The interior is clean, simple and classy. With black carpeting, black seats and Smiths gauges, the Cobra was built with a timeless style. The seats are done in leather and the carpeting is still in very good condition.

The engine is equipped with dual electric fans and an oversized radiator, which has no problem keeping this engine cool even in the hottest weather. The carb is a Holley with an electric choke, and MSD takes care of the ignition on this car. The mighty Cobra exhales through a set of stainless headers that run through a nicely pair of polished side pipes.

The Superformance rides on Boyd Coddington wheels with nice deep offsets and uses a set of Nitto NT05 tires that have an extra grippy 200 tread wear. Bringing the car to an expedited and safe stop is a setup Wilwood calipers and rotors.
