Regularly. This keeps the fluids circulating, the battery charged, and the owner fulfilled. If you are unable to drive your car for an extended period, you may find that it presents a few running problems such as difficulty starting, hesitation under throttle, or diminished power. If your car still has its points and condenser, your points need to be cleaned, re-gapped or replaced as part of your regular maintenance schedule. Points are a regular wear item &#8211; just like tires and brake pads &#8211; and should be replaced every 10,000 &#8211; 15,000 miles, depending on your driving habits.
